The hotel was reasonably clean and fancy. We stayed in a nicely furnished room with good ac, and liked it.

The staff, although limited in their English, are helpful and accommodating. the hotel provides a pleasant holiday atmosphere and has good facilities for guests to enjoy.

There was a negative aspect to our stay. The reception lady was quite arrogant and tried to overcharge us.

This place is in a great location, just off the city's main square and close to the ADO terminal, and it's at a moderate distance from La Tia de Cuncunul, where we had a meal once or twice.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming colonial-style hotel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to Cenote Zaci and the city center. The room was comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The mini-split AC kept us cool throughout the night and the beds were comfortable with fresh, clean linens. The spacious room had a big walk-in shower, making it a dream to relax in. The hotel offers a fair price for its convenient location and the pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoons.
